Our Philosophy

A great majority of the houses we build in the Lake Keowee area are for people who are relocating to the "Golden Corner" of South Carolina. The need to find a lot, a builder, a draftsman, a dock and boat dealer, and even temporary housing can sometimes become a little overwhelming. We know -- we made the same move in 1990. For this reason, we make a concerted effort to help make these decisions easier. We try to suggest motels, restaurants, and so forth for your initial visits and rental housing if you desire to move here during construction of your new home.

With the unlimited opportunities waterfront properties provide, much more success is gained if a house is designed to be incorporated on your unique lot.  If the customer has a style of house, room sizes, and finishes they desire, we can then design their individual dream home.

Building a home in a new area can sometimes be stressful.  We make every effort to make this transition as easy as possible by having subcontractors and vendors that best serve your needs.  The construction manual we developed for our customer "leads" them through the construction process.  We feel if we can work closely with our customers we will achieve two goals--to build you a quality home of which we will both be proud, and to have you as a new friend when we are finished.
